Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the AirWiz website at airwiz.ai and our resume generation, cover letter creation, and job application tracking platform. By creating an account or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by them.

Acceptance & Eligibility

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

  • Age requirement: You must be at least 16 years of age to access or use the Service.
  • Authority: By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

User Accounts & Credentials

  • Account creation: You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
  • Authentication security: You may log in directly or via supported third-party single sign-on providers (e.g., Google, GitHub). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, or authentication tokens, and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Unauthorized use: You must notify us immediately at legal@airwiz.ai if you suspect any unauthorized access to or compromise of your account.

Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations

  • Billing: Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle, securely, via our payment processor, Stripe.
  • Free services & trials: We may offer free tiers or trial periods at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue free features at any time.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time within your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • Refund policy: Purchases and subscription fees are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial transaction by contacting customer support. Refund requests after 14 days are granted at our sole discretion.
  • Price modifications: We reserve the right to alter pricing for subscription plans with at least 30 days’ advance notice via email or platform notification.

User Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of every document, resume, work history, job description, and personal detail you upload or submit (“User Content”).

  • License to provide the Service: You grant AirWiz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and execute operations on your User Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, and provide the platform features to you.
  • No AI training: We do not sell, rent, or utilize your personal User Content to train, fine-tune, or improve public foundation AI models.

AI-Generated Output & Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, AirWiz assigns to you all rights, title, and interest in the specific resumes, cover letters, and career materials generated for you by the Service (“Generated Output”).
  • User responsibility: AI models may occasionally produce imprecise or incomplete details. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all Generated Output prior to submitting it to potential employers.
  • No employment guarantee: AirWiz provides career assistance tools, but we do not guarantee job placements, callbacks, interviews, or hiring outcomes.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Illegal use: Using the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • False information: Submitting fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive employment credentials.
  • Automated misuse: Utilizing bots, automated scripts, or scraping tools to exhaust API quotas, submit automated spam applications, or harvest platform data.
  • System abuse: Attempting to bypass security controls, reverse-engineer platform architecture, or interfere with system performance and infrastructure stability.
  • Reselling: Sublicensing, reselling, or commercializing access to the Service without explicit written permission.

Third-Party Services & Links

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Google, AWS) or link to external job boards and employer portals. AirWiz does not control or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Service Availability & Modification

We strive to ensure continuous availability of the Service; however, platform access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, or third-party infrastructure outages. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time, with or without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AIRWIZ AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via your account dashboard, which will trigger the deletion of your account assets in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by sending an email or posting a prominent notice within the Service. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
