By accessing or using AirWiz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AirWiz is an AI-powered resume and cover letter builder that helps job seekers create tailored application materials. The Service includes resume generation, cover letter generation, job tracking, and related features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

AirWiz offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe.

  • Free trials are offered at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service, including your resume information, work history, and cover letter content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

  • We do not sell, share, or use your content for training AI models.
  • We do not access your content except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.
  • You can delete your content and account at any time.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate resumes and cover letters. While we strive for accuracy and quality:

  • AI-generated content should be reviewed before use.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your final documents.
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in job offers or interviews.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service to generate content for automated job application spam.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirWiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the account settings.
