  • Your content is processed by AI models to generate resumes and cover letters.
  • We do not use your content to train AI models.
  • AI processing occurs on secure AWS infrastructure.
  • AI-generated content is stored in your account and is not shared with other users.

6. Data Retention

  • Active accounts: Your data is retained while your account is active.
  • Deleted accounts: When you delete your account, personal information is removed within 30 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law.
  • Generated documents: Retained for 1 year after creation, then archived.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: View the personal information we hold about you through your account settings.
  • Correction: Update your information at any time through the Service.
  • Deletion: Delete your account and associated data through account settings.
  • Export: Request a copy of your data by contacting us.
